CHALLENGE

SaaSocially had been running on an old, flat logo with the typical blue that isn’t perfect for them. They came to me wanting something premium and modern, a wordmark that felt professional but still having something social touch between. The brief was clear, keep it clean, keep it simple, but make it feel alive.

STRATEGY

The direction was to build around the wordmark itself rather than adding a separate icon. I set the type in “Agency”, a font with the right weight and authority for a SaaS brand, then worked the social icons directly into the letterforms. Instead of placing icons around the word, they became part of it, so the logo reads as one identity mark that hints at social without spelling it out.

OUTCOME

For the logomark, I combined the user icon with the letter S, the two things the brand is fundamentally about. To bring in the social connection side of things, I ran a gradient across it, 3 to 5 shades together, the kind of colour language you can associate with social platforms but done in a way that feels Premium. I also introduced parallel flow lines using the same gradient to represent the back-and-forth of client conversations, subtle, but once you see it, it makes sense.
